I’m Peter Duma, and in this term on the AFUO Board I have taken on the role of Strategic Planning in order to help each of the Executive Members plan the direction of their portfolios, as well as help set the overall strategic plan for AFUO & the Ukrainian community. My role will involve working closely with all Board members to help them work towards, and achieve, their goals.

Vision:

• To help each of the Board Members set solid & achievable plans that help fulfil AFUO’s vision
• To help build a planning framework for AFUO that will help guide this and future Boards
• To help promote strategic planning as a way setting goals for all community organisations, rather than just planning on a month by month basis, as many tend to do
