Executive Secretary

Hi – it is Pavlo Seniw,

As a long time contributor (over 50 years) to the Ukrainian Community in Australia, I have assumed many executive roles with various Ukrainian organisations. Currently I hold the role of the executive secretary to the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations.

My role entails the general requirements of an executive secretary to the Association, including maintaining committee minutes, attendances and organising correspondence.

I am grateful that the community values my contributions and I see myself fortunate to take on this important role of the executive. The committee often requires historical information (and a mature opinion) to assist them with their roles. Because of this I am very passionate to be part of the Executive. Each team member and their functions are different and it is interesting to be part of an evolving committee. I appreciate their genuine value of my opinion, knowledge and experience of Ukrainian Community Life in Australia.

I have seen the community begin, built cornerstones, flourish, mature and change through generations of Ukrainian Australians. It’s a great team and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I have wonderful wife, three beautiful daughters and three granddaughters. I also contribute to the Knights of the Southern Cross and the Rotary Club.
